The Making A Difference (M.A.D.) Ride Inc. has three different methods for accepting payments. We accept direct deposit (bank details and a reference number will be provided at the checkout), Paypal (including credit cards) and direct credit card payments through an integrated payment gateway (Payway).
Unfortunately due to policy restrictions outside of our control, Paypal cannot be used to puchase raffle tickets.

All amounts listed on website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Shipping & Costs
If you are purchasing raffle tickets, they will be posted to you for no additional charge.
We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.
Shipping Destinations:
The Making a Difference (M.A.D.) Ride Inc. ships goods Australia wide, however at this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website, please contact us via email to enquire about international orders.
Returns
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website. Please see below for information pertaining to raffle ticket sales.

Customer Service Policy
The Making A Difference (M.A.D.) Ride Inc. is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-7 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund (except in the case of raffle tickets).
Special Conditions for Raffle Ticket Sales
In regards to the raffle ticket sales, this raffle is open to Australian Residents only. The prize will be delivered to the winner within the Perth Metro Area, if the winner lives outside these bounds, the delivery costs are at the winners expense.

As per The Department of Consumer and Employment Protection (Government of Western Australia) Charitable Collections Act 1946 (Section 12), The Making A Difference (M.A.D.) Ride Inc. has been granted a Charitable Collections Licence (number 20731). Given both this Charitable Collections Licence and the permit given by the Lotteries Commission of Western Australia, we wish to advise that all raffle tickets purchased are non-refundable. For any questions relating to this, please contact the permit holder as displayed on the raffle ticket.
